Pamprin: There are several versions of Pamprin (http://www.pamprin.com/home/) so I just looked up http://www.drugs.com/mtm/pamprin-es-multi-symptom-relief-formula.html which shows it has a diuretic (water pill) & antihistamine in add'n to acetaminophen, known in rest of world as paracetamol. As long as you have a healthy liver & don't drink to excess, acetaminophen/paracetamol is a safe pain reliever.
