Im on ivf antagonist protocol, after 6 days of stim, my e2 level is 75.3 and of 7 follicles only 2 are growing. my dose is increase. is there any hope?

Yes, keep going: Your initial E2 level is low but some women just need longer stimulation before their follicles start growing. This is especially true if you were on birth control pills (BCPs) as part of your IVF cycle. BCPs can suppress some women significantly. Try the higher dose for a few days and then reevaluate. Sometimes it's better to stop the cycle and start over at a higher initial dose.
