Detoxify: Green leafy vegetables help, especially cilantro. It's best to detox under a doctor's supervision. Intermittent fasting is being researched these days. One way would be 12 hours w/food and 12 w/out or three days of food and one w/out. Again, w/doc supervision to avoid dehydration and blood sugar problems. Research intermittent fasting.
