None: Cranberry juice does not get rid of UTI (rx bacterial infection of bladder), but may be helpful to prevent UTI (has hippuric acid, keeps bacteria from latching on). Antibiotic is much better to rx active infection. Drink "plenty" of water and other beverages (8 glasses/day is good target); can get some of this from soups, juices, fruit. If irritated bladder, symptoms can be worsened by caffeine.

UTI: No. Cranberry juice will acidify urine, but this may only reduce the risk of uti, and even then you would have to drink so much cranberry juice that you would be likely to drown before drinking enough. If you already have UTI this will be of no value even if you were capable of drinking that much. Go to the doctor and get treated with an antibiotic. Good luck.

Can I get rid of my UTI by just drinking cranberry juice?

No: Takin cranberry juice during an UTI episode could make things worst, given that the juice is high n sugar and promotes bacterial feeding. You can start taking cranberry juice after you are treated and cure, and this will help prevent the incidence.
