Electrolyte issue: You might be low in magnsium, 400-800mg daily supplementation might alleviate the cramp, estrogen tx would alleviate the ot flashes, appropriate if you have not had er+ breast cancer. A progestin along with the estrogen would also be warranted if you still have your uterus.
