Leg Cramps: Several things can cause- electrolyte ( potassium) deficiencies, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus levels need to be checked. Certain vitamin deficiencies can cause it too. Trace minerals are also important. Lastly-- blood supply to affected part is important. Check with your doc
