Baby sleep patterns: can vary quite a bit, although most infants at 4 weeks, will tend to sleep 16-18 hours a day on average, some sleep much less and can be awake much of the day. If she is awake and feeding well, then that may be her normal pattern. If she is very fussy and crying or spitting up a lot, then formula intolerance, reflux, or colick may be the problem and i recommend you discuss with her doctor.
