Call your dentist: Visible swelling that many days after the procedure may indicate a postoperative infection. You may need antibiotics or if you are taking them already you may need to change to another one.

Ibuprofen: You may have an infection. Ibuprofen is a pain killer, not an antibiotic. Please return to the Dentist or Endodontist who treated you to see if further management is necessary.
