Many options: In general there are many options available to help with your cold symptoms. If you nose is runny you can take sudafed or Afrin (oxymetazoline) for no more than 3 days. If you have a cough, consider some robitussin DM. If you have body aches consider taking ibuprofen(motrin or advil) or acetaminophen(tylenol). Make sure you drink plenty of fluids.
