Careful with combo..: Both medicines can make you sleepy. It is possible to oversedate yourself when you combine two medicines like these that can make you sleepy. Be very careful.

You can, but: Flexeril can cause drowsiness, and of course, Ambien (zolpidem) is intended to help you fall asleep. The two can easily have additive effects, so if you do take together, do not drive, or engage in any hazardous activities. Otherwise, you can take together, usually.
