If 2 doctors said i don't have a hernia, and if the ultrasound says the same, even with a "weak spot" - can i rule out a hernia? does ibs affect it?

I would believe: your doctors' advice. Sometimes presence or absence of a hernia is not black/white, either/or. You can develop a hernia over extended period of time. IBS can affect it if you have vomiting or constipation that would apply mechanical stress to the area of the hernia.
