Probably infection: These are typical symptoms of ordinary upper respiratory infection (common cold). Take an antihistamine like chlorpheneramine (side effect is sleepiness) which can attenuate the symptoms. Most of these are viral so antibiotics are not helpful. Most colds last 3-8 days depending upon the organism.
