Depends: The BEST pill for a migraine patient could be DIFFERENT for every patient under discussion & defined by what BEST works for THAT person. Make sense? Mediocre: If you wish to abort a migraine, best approach is either triptans, or Cambia. Naproxen works better than ibuprofen, but latter is effective in milder ha's. Have found Excedrin Migraine may work on occasion.
