Postdrome: After the migraine symptoms subside, many patients feel exhausted, confused or fatigued. The postdrome symptoms are generally easier to manage than the other migraine stages. The headache is described as a dull, diffuse, annoying headache that may persist for one to two days, but is not disabling. Aspirin or ibuprofen is often used.
