Ibuprofen: 800 mg Ibuprofen (advil, Motrin etc) is a normal dose for a grown up adult with normal weight. It should always be taken with food and never on empty stomach. Never take it will any blood thinner. Watch for any stomach symptoms. It can cause ulcers if taken for too long.
