Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you may get tested to see if you have hemolytic anemia, or excessive red cell destruction, without anemia.

I say no: Urobilinogen is an adjunct at best. You can hemolyze red cells jogging and get an increased urobilinogen, but most likely you will never find a reason. If you feel well and have labs otherwise normal, further investigation has zero chance of turning up any life-shortening or treatable illness. Relax and be glad for health.
