Basically it means: you have some degenerative arthritis of the spine involving the disc spaces at those levels. Mild changes are very common in adults. Not enough info given to determine the degree of severity in your case. Often it can be asymptomatic, but can cause pain, so if you have back pain these changes have to be evaluated in the context of your whole clinical picture.
