Splenic flexure: The splenic flexure can trapped gas and causes discomfort. This part of the large intestine and it's in the upper left location in your abdomen. It probably does this because there was a turn in the bill from horizontal to the downward direction. Your intestinal gas can stop at a lot of different locations some of what you can feel a summer what you cannot feel
