Suggestions: If you are experiencing frequent seizures, especially grand mal, these are potentially controllable. We have over 20 anti-epileptic drugs to choose from, and some of the newer ones have far fewer side effects. A vagal nerve stimulator should be considered. Would discuss all of this with your current neurologist. With your tubal ligation completed, would be amazed if you are pregnant.
