Cyst: It may be a cyst or ingrown hair, but to be sure, a physician would have to examine you. This is especially important if there is surrounding redness, tenderness or pus drainage.

Abscess probably: Probably an abscess-pus collection and small skin infection. Use loose fitting clothing and use warm moist compresses and it should decrease in size and go away. If it doesn't go see someone to do a drainage of it and antibiotics
