Try different things: I would try a different razor, then try different creams and use a lotion. Use lots of moisturizes afterwards.

Pimples: The pimples sound like you are getting folliculitis when you are shaving. There are various different methods you can use in shaving your pubic area. One method would be waxing or the use of an electric shaver.
