Concussion: A concussion is a traumatic brain injury caused by a direct blow to the head. Concussion symptoms vary and include sharp pain/headache, confusion, problems with memory and concentration, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, ringing in the ears, and "seeing stars" Most of the symptoms are noticed only by an objective observer. Brain bleed also a concern so get a full exam by your MD ASAP. Good luck.
