Concussion: Ashley, Some side effects of the concussion can definitely linger. I typically recommend that patients followup with a speech therapist who does traumatic brain injury evaluation within a week of the injury. They can help assess if you are still showing signs of your concussion in areas of memory/speech/concentration etc.
