3-5 days: That seems like a lot of weight to lose that quickly. Not sure you can safely lose that much so soon. I'd start with 30 minutes 3 days a week and work up to 1 hours 5 days a week. Good luck and thank you for wanting to join the military!

I would see a doc: and do this under supervision….anytime you watch shows on TV like the Biggest loser they lose weight like this but always under a doctors supervision..minding what you eat is just as important..
