: Would follow up with MD for imaging . May be constipation , irritable vs inflammatory bowel , related to adhesions/ obstruction from mesh, diverticulitis, or appendicitis. Would get CT abdomen /pelvis w/ IV contrast if not allergic , blood work F/u/ w/ MD
