What can cause 2 weeks of r-side abdominal pain below the waist almost parallel to the navel, which hurts when pressed/pushed, causes mild nausea, gas, abdo. muscle pain? my r-inguinal hernia mesh area is also sometimes sore, but no other symptoms?

Would follow up with MD for imaging . May be constipation , irritable vs inflammatory bowel , related to adhesions/ obstruction from mesh, diverticulitis, or appendicitis. Would get CT abdomen /pelvis w/ IV contrast if not allergic , blood work F/u/ w/ MD
