A member asked:

Will drinking butter milk and eating curd gives same nutrients? which is better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends on the: type of buttermilk. Traditional buttermilk is the milk product left over from making butter & is very low in fat. Curd is whole milk (usually) that is allowed to ferment or to which acid is added that causes the milk to curdle. Cultured butter milk is similar to curd. Both have 3-4% butter fat in them. None of these dairy products is "better" than the others. Dr. Anne
