Timing is everything: There are many possibilities as to why your feet and hands are doing this. Because they do not react like this all the time, I would recommend that you make a journal describing the particulars. Time, place, environmental temperature and the like to be included. A photograph of the condition would be great to have. This would make solving your condition easier. Reaction to cold may be involved.
