Is peripheral vascularity more associated with benign thyroid nodule or malignant? as opposed to intranodular vasc. i have 1.5 cm complex peripheral

There are a number: of ultrasound features that help determine the probability of malignancy. In general intranodule vascularity is a more suspicious feature, and peripheral vascularity is not, but in and of itself, this feature does not reliably exclude malignancy.
