Insomnia/can't focus: If you suffer from insomnia, it will affect your ability to concentrate and focus on what you are doing. If you can't concentrate, it's easy to forget what you did. It's hard to focus when you're tired. Read up on "sleep hygiene" and see if you can make some changes to improve your sleep. Everything else should improve after that. If it doesn't, then talk to a doctor for individual help.
