I keep reading there is no proof that daily vitamin c can help the body, but a deficiency is bad so shouldn't you try to eat alot of foods with vit c ?
I get tingling sensations in my body after every few days and then it goes away after a day, no numbness, it just feels like current in the body. No vitamin deficiencies. No alcohol, trauma or radiation etc. Do have anxiety. Worried?
