Trauma: They will likely heal within days. The swelling and bumps are likely from too much suction.

Worried?: It's right to be concerned, not worried. Probably benign, having little or nothing to do with your extra-curricular activities, but it would not be a bad idea to have Dentist check lip to determine cause of swelling.
