Lip bumps: It still could be herpes but it would be unusual to involve both lips. You could have an allergic reaction to her lipstick, lip balm ,makeup or perfume, or it could be an overuse syndrome from excessive kissing. If the lumps don't quickly recede, have a physician examine you.
