No not likely at all: At 19 weeks, your growing fetus and your enlarging uterus are too low and very unlikely to "squash your stomach". Changes in appetite are not uncommon and can be transient and inconsequential unless you lose weight due to low intake of nutritious food and adequate amounts of fluids. If you do lose weight, it would be best to consult your obstetrician and a nutritionist.
