Discuss with doctor : Pain in pregnancy needs to be evaluted by your doctor. Many patients in the third trimester will experience round ligament pain. The uterus is attached to your abdominal wall by a ligament. As the uterus grows this causes stretching and can lead to discomfort in this general area. In the first trimester other causes should be investigated. Tylenol is safe for use
