Carry: I usually tell patients that if you have to use your "butt, back or legs" to lift anything then it is too heavy. So work smarter not harder. Lifting with your arms alone should be the main goal. In no way do you hurt the baby BUT you can injure yourself which makes the aches and pains of pregnancy harder to deal with.
