A doctor has provided 1 answer

Headaches: tension or muscular contraction headaches are related to contraction and/or spasm of the muscles of the face, forehead, temples, posterior neck and scalp. Usually brought on by stress, tension, anxiety, alcohol, street drugs, lack of sleep or adequate diet. Please consult with your PCP to rule out other causes such as anemia.
