If you are having new numbness & lack of feeling in your arm, you need to get seen right away to rule out serious conditions like stroke. You cannot assume this is due to your migraines without a full exam by a doctor.

As mentioned, you need to have this sorted out by a licensed physician, preferably a neurologist. It is best that you not change your medications on your own, but do under medical supervision.
