Sure, but...: The little guy (or girl) is not a fetus at that time. It's called an embryo, and is only a clump of a few cells that contain the magic of life. The cells keep dividing and then look like a ball of cells, and implants into the lining of the uterus. After another 6 weeks or so, it's called a fetus, and also has developed humanoid forms by then.
