I'm prgnt but still bled wen i was due a period 10 days after implant spotting cud my dates b calculated wrong like my last prgncy as it's same patern?

Cycle dates: Spotting or light bleeding early in pregnancy can be normal, and may not be a cause for concern. It also does not necessarily indicate that your calculations are incorrect. The first ultrasound is generally the best predictor of gestational age and when your baby will be due, so you may have to wait until then to be sure. Let your doctor know about the bleeding and any other symptoms.
