Turn Turn Turn Byrds: So it seems that your dilemma is probably seasonal in nature. The seasonal nature of the blistering, likely means that your skin is coming in contact with something that is either introduced in the spring or is more heavily concentrated during that period. It could be that you may never find the cause. It may also be true that one day the phenomena will retire itself.
