Cramps before period: Cramps before period might mean that your period will come soon - if you don't get a period you should consider doing a pregnancy test - if negative repeat in a few days and if still negative and no period, you probably had an off cycle. If you are young and healthy and sexually active you will probably become pregnant unless you use birth control. I have too little information to tell you more.
