MONQ?: As PT Barnum is reputed to have said: "No one ever got poor underestimating the intelligence of the American people." MONQ is a "therapeutic inhaler" with various ingredients which you can inhale and may well make you feel certain ways. Think perfume. If you believe in aromatherapy then this is one of its latest iterations. Smells can have a profound influence on us. They are prob not dangerous.
