Irregular bleeding: Spotting or irregular bleeding is very common, especially after taking a Plan B in midcycle. Take a pregnancy test at least 3 weeks after last unprotected sex to be absolutely sure not pregnant. See your doctor if bleeding does not regularize over the next few cycles.
