Consult doctor: Your toddler may be suffering from disease called hand ,foot and mouth disease or some deficiency as of Zinc _a mineral .Since your daughter is not having fever along with peeling of skin -kawasaki disease is less likely , better get the child checked up soon and get treatment at the earliest possible .
