Reasonably good but: Your "chances of a viable pregnancy" are reasonably good but predicting a "healthy pregnancy" does not and can not depend on a single ultrasound exam performed at 6 weeks. A follow up sonogram in 2 to 3 weeks and an obstetrical evaluation should help you get an answer to your concern.
