A member asked:

What txs are available for mild bilat foraminal encroachment causing debilitating back/leg pain? rest, tens, otc/norco/ultram all failed. er rn, help!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Advice: First, find an experienced physiatrist, perhaps at a local medical school. Secondly uncover your diagnosis, as your problems are very unlikely caused by your foraminal issues. Rest is very deleterious for low back pain, and would suggest you start a McKenzie back exercise program, which can be taught by a physical therapist.
