Doubt worms: Green pellets means very little.Bile colors our poo and the green reflects this stain.Semi-transparent strands are usually vegetative debris, since humans cannot digest the cellulose that is found in many vegetables.Docs send studies to the lab looking for worm eggs when they suspect them.
