Staph: Staphylococcal bacteria is everywhere around us. Bullous impetigo in the diaper area, which is blisters caused by staph bacteria is fairly common. It should be able to be treated with antibiotics and an anti bacterial ointment. It has nothing to do with you changing his diaper. If it is persistent, see an infectious disease doctor, to be sure it is not a resistant strain.
