Very unlikely at 33.: If you smoke,your risk is higher but still very small at 33 years old.

Still possible: A visible pulse does not always mean dilatation or aneurysm. Nevertheless an ECG does not delineate an aneurysm either. A tranthoracic echocardiogram to view root and ascending aorta would be more appropriate as first line noninvasive test
