33 yr f. visible pulse in suprasternal notch. bp 117/78, hr 65-80, no pain, 200 lb, 5 ft 4 in. had ekg and it was normal.what likelihood of anuerysm?

Very unlikely at 33.: If you smoke,your risk is higher but still very small at 33 years old.

Still possible: A visible pulse does not always mean dilatation or aneurysm. Nevertheless an ECG does not delineate an aneurysm either. A tranthoracic echocardiogram to view root and ascending aorta would be more appropriate as first line noninvasive test
