Recovery phase: Most likely you are recovery from loss of a lot of important fluids and electrolytes in your system, if you had a stomach virus. You need to increase fluids and make sure to get potassium and magnesium, which are lost with diarrhea and vomiting. Coconut water is a good source of fluids and electrolytes. If you don't start to feel better, call your doctor. Would avoid the bran until you drink more.
